This policy explains what personal data Hero Box collects, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, shipping address and phone number (if given), and what you bought.
• Payment: payments are processed by our checkout provider, Whop, and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact form.
• On this website: your cart and offer timer are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there if you reload the page. We don't use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• To process, ship and support your order (contract).
• To answer your questions and handle returns (contract and legitimate interest).
• To send you a review request or your discount code after delivery. You can opt out any time (legitimate interest / consent).
• To keep the records required by tax and accounting laws (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

Only with the services needed to run the store: our checkout and payment provider (Whop), shipping carriers and our email provider. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. Messages are kept while needed to help you, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hop.care.center@gmail.com. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our calendar is a great gift for kids, but orders must be placed by an adult. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
