Shipping Policy

Free international shipping

Shipping is free on every order, wherever you are.

Delivery times

• Processing: 2–4 business days to prepare your order.
• Delivery: usually 10–18 business days in total from order to arrival.

Times are estimates and can be longer during the Christmas peak or because of customs. If you want your calendar ready for December 1st, we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Priority Processing

Orders with Priority Processing are prepared first, ahead of standard orders. It speeds up preparation, not the carrier's transit time.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check it on our Track Your Order page.

Customs and import taxes

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. If they do, they are charged by your local authorities and paid by the customer.

Shipping Protection

Optional Shipping Protection (€3,95) covers your order if it's lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If that happens, email us with your order number and we'll reship it or refund you.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days or your order hasn't arrived after 25 business days, email hop.care.center@gmail.com and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can only change it before the order ships.
