30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your Hero Box, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No questions asked.

How to start a return

1. Email hop.care.center@gmail.com with your order number and the word "Return".
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the calendar back with all the figures you received. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the calendar arrived damaged, defective or with missing figures. In that case we cover it, or send you a replacement instead if you prefer.

When you'll get your money

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged, defective or missing figures

If something arrives broken or a figure is missing, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost.

30 and 90 Days Warranty

The 30 or 90 Days Warranty extends cover for manufacturing defects (for example a figure that breaks or a window that won't open in normal use) to 30 or 90 days from delivery. Covered items are replaced free of charge.

Non-refundable items

• Shipping Protection and Priority Processing, once the order has shipped.
• Free gifts and discount codes have no cash value.

Your legal rights

If you live in the EU or UK, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Our 30-day guarantee doesn't replace or limit that right or any other consumer rights you have by law.
