These terms apply to every purchase from Hero Box. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a product is out of stock, a price was shown by mistake, or we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include shipping. Payment is taken at checkout through our checkout provider, Whop. Any customs duties or import taxes in your country are not included (see our Shipping Policy).

Bundles, add-ons and free gifts

• Bundle prices apply to the number of calendars shown in the bundle.
• The FREE GIFT is a discount code for a future order. It is sent by email, has no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
• Free perks included in a bundle (such as Priority Processing or the 90 Days Warranty) are part of that bundle only.
• Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, and each one can be used once.

Returns and guarantee

Our 30-day money-back guarantee and how to return an order are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

Product information

We show the product as accurately as we can. Photos of the figures and lifestyle scenes are illustrative, and small differences in colour, packaging or the exact selection of figures may occur.

Safety

Contains small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Adult supervision recommended for young children.

Liability

We're responsible for providing the product as described. We're not liable for indirect losses, except where the law doesn't allow that to be excluded.
